Studio and Marketing whizz position!
We are seeking a part studio assistant/part marketing whizz to work alongside myself to help with the everyday running of the studio including prepping of canvases all the way to packaging and shipping artworks, and also to keep the wheels rolling with the online aspects of my creative business including helping with social media posting, email marketing, online sales etc.
This person knows how to keep organised and on top of schedules, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, have a good understanding of online systems like instagram, facebook, and ideally an understanding of graphic design sites like canva and familiarity with a Wix website. Knowledge of how to use a camera to photograph artwork, style scenes, have access to and use photoshop, good grammar and writing skills are desirable but not essential.

This position requires two 4 hour days of work ideally on a Monday and a Friday both online and in person in my home studio in Highton, Geelong. There is the potential for these hours to be flexible and spread throughout the week. The ideal applicant will have their own car they can use for pick up/drop off of items such as materials, prints and delivery of pieces for framing and to the post office. This position is a temporary position until at least mid August with the potential to be ongoing post this trial period.
