ABOUT

Nic Everist is a Australian Landscape artist working from her studio in Geelong, Australia. Inspired by her travels, Nic loves to discover new landscapes and delve into the stories behind them; whether that be the story behind the place she is visiting, or the ones that emerge through her explorations. 

Over the course of numerous layers, Nic combines the abstract technique of acrylic pouring with realistic finishes to reflect both the organic yet defined elements of nature. These techniques mimic the unpredictable patterns of our natural environment while also drawing the viewer’s eye to the finer details. Through her art she hopes to encourage others to pay close attention to the world around them, and the patterns that emerge.
