This piece is inspired by the many walking paths to the beach that I’ve ventured on over the summer since moving to Barwon Heads. There was one spot in particular that had the most amazing grass along the sand that looked just like lace, I knew I had to capture the beauty of this grass in a painting and new from the beginning I wanted to title this piece Nature’s Lace.
